Peaberry coffee results from a naturally occurring mutation in which only one seed develops within the coffee cherry, resulting in a more intense and concentrated flavor. This year's harvest has a subtle fruity sweetness, bright acidity, a round full-bodied flavor. Try it while it lasts!
