We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
All of our coffees are roasted in small batches at our farm in Monteverde, Costa Rica. Because coffee is a natural product, slight variations in flavor, aroma, and profile may occur between batches.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at checkout, including shipping address, email, and contact details.
If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@cafedemonteverde.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order is processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
We ship all orders via international air mail from Costa Rica.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees that may apply in the destination country.
We do not cover or reimburse these charges.
Orders shipped to Europe may be subject to VAT and import duties upon arrival. These fees are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient before delivery.
Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or abandoned. In such cases, we are not responsible for refunds or replacements.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us at orders@cafedemonteverde.com within 5 days of delivery. We will review the case and work toward a fair solution.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at orders@cafedemonteverde.com and we will assist in tracking the shipment.
