The Costa Rican Chorreador is our traditional method for brewing coffee. Chorrear means “to pour”
This pour-over method simply requires scooping finely ground coffee into the cloth filter and slowing pouring hot water over the grounds. Perfect for two cups of coffee.
The chorreador is conveniently foldable and hand-painted with hummingbirds, quetzals and other wildlife from Monteverde’s forest (let us know in your order notes if you have a preference).
It is made by Vinicio Corrales local artist from Costa Rica.
